Introduction To My Photography

My name is Kyle Clark and I am a photographer/writer.
I live in the Wenatchee Valley and have never been outside of it my whole life, but while I am here I have chosen to express myself in the forms of words and photos. The two have gone almost hand and hand in my life as I am what some people would call a watcher. I sit back while most people are running around, having fun and enjoying life and watch and observe. I learn about people through their actions and show them with words and pictures who they really are, sometimes they don't like what they are shown as the truth can be hard to swallow and sometimes they love what they see and are content with who they are. I also observe the land around me and it is one of my favorite things to do, watching time pass and how it affects the world around us. The picture above shows a normal leaf on the ground in fall, right before the first winter snow. Most people walk right over them and miss the beauty in the way it all unfolds but me? No not me, I watch the leaves and see the beauty in the way nature unfolds. To any ordinary person this leaf means that winter is coming, to me it shows that time has passed and in that time countless people have had good and bad memories made and that the world is still moving forward. This is why I shoot photos. To show others what they are missing, what their feet pass right over as they move on with their lives making memories with their precious time. I write cause not everyone would look at this leaf and think of everything they have done in the time it took for this leaf to fall.
